Today we are talking about trust in perhaps a context that you haven't considered before.

I don't mean trust between two people or even trusting yourself, I mean almost a universal trust that exists

and that on some level is always lovingly paying attention to us.

So as I've shared, I was most recently in Australia with my husband for, I think a little

over three weeks for his brother's wedding. It was so awesome. And as I was back there,

I really enjoyed going to the different places that I used to love when I lived in Sydney between

the ages of 18 and 25.

So much so people think I'm Australian.

I'm actually English.

I know I have a hybrid accent.

But living in Australia was so wonderful for me

and I loved going back now as a 39 year old woman

and seeing all the different spots, places, beaches, beaches, restaurants, but still exists,

those that still do, and going back with a slightly different perspective. I think it's

lovely to go down a memory lane here and there when you can. But one place that I

went back to on this trip was an ice cream shop that I used to frequent and I was so happy that it was still there because it's not a big chain, it's a small place.
