Good morning everybody.

She is alive, awake, enthusiastic,

perky as a Christmas ham this morning.

I'm not gonna live in feeling a little brain foggy the past few days.

I don't know why.

I don't know if this is just me, but sometimes I feel like I need a quarterly cry.

I'm not a cryer.

I've shut the valve and I can like feel the tears matriculate behind my eyeball cavity.

Once every three months, I would say maybe every four months, depending on the year and my serotonin levels,

but I really, really need to cry.

And I did have a little cry this morning.

It doesn't need to be a sad cry.

I just need like a purge of tears.

I need the sodium retention to get out of my bot.

Like I just need to cry and it just doesn't happen.

I feel like camera Diaz and the holiday where like I try, I try Sarah McLaughlin, like nothing.

Fucking works.
