So excited to be here.

We had a couple weeks break after Gorge Waterfalls and we're back at it for another multi-distance super high stakes race here this

weekend. Are you feeling rested and primed for the action ahead? I feel like I'm still catching up on

sleep from Gorge weekend a little bit, but I am rested and I am excited and I mean, I mostly just get

to do this and run around and cheer for people all weekend.

And that is very, I don't know, rejuvenating.

It fills the spirits bunch.

Yeah.

So this is the 100K preview show.

We'll go through the whole run of show for the weekend here in a second.
