One of the things that I mention, I would say consistently, frequently even, when I'm talking about the health benefits of consistently walking,

of heart disease, of certain cancers, type 2 diabetes, dementia, and more. As I'm mentioning those benefits, I'm also careful, maybe not every time,

I definitely don't want to sound negative because I thoroughly enjoyed walking for more than 40 years.

health and loved every walk. Six years ago, I had a stroke. I was 62. My life and even my personality

has changed. I no longer am able to walk like I once enjoyed. My energy has decreased by at least 80%.

I would never have imagined. This would be my life at 68. Makes me sad. Please enjoy all the walks you can while you can I never gave a thought that I might not be able to walk for health and enjoyment
