I've been taking a break from social media. God, I miss the memes. I miss laughing. I miss getting to communicate.

Having that direct connection with you in the DMs. I've taken a break from social media right now.

I've shared on previous episodes. Our family was hit with a tragedy. It left me feeling gutted. I was feeling just so depressed, overwhelmed.

I just needed to take a few steps back. Not beyond social media. I needed to take some time for me. Give myself a fighting chance.

Lick my wounds, if you will. That's what I've been doing. I'm feeling better. That's the thing that's interesting about grief.
