take a deep breath so we can

slow down, zero in and really enjoy this time together. Feel good. We're going to breathe in that high

vibrational energy. We're going to breathe out any of that low vibrational energy that is holding us.

We're just going to use our mind and imagine that happening so that we can just have a great day,

a great time together

and, you know, achieve that happiness that we're looking for, that positive mindset.
