And I'm Antonio Dodge. We do a monthly Q&A, question and answer session for our profiler training certification course which opens up every December but the

Q&A sessions are ongoing. They happen once a month, basically in perpetuity. And we have some really interesting

conversations that or questions that come up, and primarily it's focused on different principles

of profiling people or trying to figure out their personality type in a live

context when you're talking to the person and asking them questions and allowing their answers

to reveal components of how their mental processes or cognitive functions are operating inside of them.

And what's interesting is that when Joel and I host these and we get a question,

he and I almost always agree on the answer.

So we'll give an answer in sort of my perspective and his perspective.

But what happened in the most recent Q&A was particularly interesting because we totally
