retired NYPD Sergeant Bill Cannon, a 27-year veteran of the NYPD. We've been following the case

right here is the thumbnail up on the screen, Emmanuel Hado,

the seven-month-old young boy who has been missing since Friday,

but the families of these two,

Jake and Rebecca Hado, who have been arrested and charged with the child's murder,

even though the remains have yet to be found.

Family members of these says that the little boy hasn't been seen in over a month.

So right away, we knew that the reporting allegations of Rebecca Otto here we see on the right thumbnail here from her mugshot was lying, was lying about the boy being missing, was lying

about the circumstances surrounding the young Emmanuel being missing.

And then when we dig further into the case, it gets even worse.

And what do I mean by that?

Well, what I mean by that is J. Cato has a history of child abuse.

Just absolutely horrific.

An arrest for causing permanent damage, brain damage,

broken ribs, broken legs to this little girl in 2018.

And for whatever reason, whoever the judge was in this case, gave this man, Jake Harrow, probation.

Probation.

Not prison time.

Probation.

For a child who is handicapped for the rest of her life.

And my question was, and it was last night as well as now, is why, there he is,
