I'm so happy that you joined me again to continue with our season one talk.

Last week we spent a lot of time on the faith side of the faith and mental health conversation.

We dove into scripture to examine the important relationship between spiritual health and emotional health.

Turns out that our spiritual health supports us emotionally and that our emotional health influences us spiritually.

They are constantly in an exchange with one another.

How we are doing emotionally truly impacts how we show up in our faith space. So for that reason, taking care of our

emotional health is about more than getting increased enjoyment out of our

everyday lives, which matters and I want you to do that.

I just also want you to recognize that emotional healing is sacred work,

and it often begins by acknowledging the ways that we have been hurt.

This week we are going to turn the light on something that has hurt a lot of women.
