But a massive policy introduced by Chris Grayling has had to be completely reversed after failing in an astonishingly miserable way.

Chris Grayling presiding over something that everybody else says was a ridiculous idea,

but he insisted was an absolute winner. That turns out he was wrong all along.

We may attempt, although I'm not sure I've got an abacus big enough,

we may attempt to tot up all the public money that Chris Grayling has, I've almost used a Boris Johnsonism there,

that Chris Grayling has thrown away, shall we say, in the course of his ministerial career. It's
