Summary

From Thinking to Being with the creator of the Self-Inquiry School Sunny Sharma. We discuss how meditation, self-inquiry and mindful living can change how we see ourselves and the world. Sunny shares his journey of finding inner peace, explaining that spiritual practice isn't about reaching a perfect state, but about staying curious and true to yourself. We explore how we can bring deeper awareness into our daily lives, relationships, and work - making spirituality something practical and real, not just an abstract idea.

1:21.1

and paint yourself as someone enlightened and awakened but rather speak from your place

1:27.3

walking the path which I think is very

1:29.3

refreshing. That's something I sort of try and do as well, not to claim to be some finished

1:34.2

product and put yourself on a pedestal in that way, but no, I'm walking the path and if you

1:39.1

want to do, come with me. Yeah, thank you for that. Yeah, so my work on my channel and in my school is really focused on walking the spiritual

1:50.0

path and focusing entirely on the practice component of it.

1:54.0

Of course, theory plays a great part of it.

1:56.7

We have to learn.

1:58.3

We have to be instructed on what to do.

2:01.7

Little conceptual learning about what you are and, you know, but ultimately it's about really

2:07.6

embodying that in day-to-day life. So all my work is focused on making the very abstract,
