And this week, I wasn't really sure what kind of content that I was going to give you guys.

I have so many ideas for really epic podcasts. And I just haven't had any time to record them,

if truth be told. But I just did the most insanely good Q&A inside of the four week shred group.

And I know that many of you are interested in the four week shred or maybe have purchased the four week shred and can't always make the Q&A's live but the questions that I answered

weren't just about the four weeks shred they were just about life in general and also about how

we feel that we need to beat ourselves up all the time in order to achieve our goals the first question

she wasn't working hard enough in the four-week shred and she was worried if she was actually

going to get good results. And I loved answering this question because really it gave me a chance

to dive deep into the fact that we really feel that if we're not killing ourselves, we're not

working hard enough and we're not getting results. And I am all about, you know, self-love,

about working really, really hard, but also about nourishing yourself in the process and about

really breaking down why we even have this as a postula, why we even believe that we need to kill

ourselves or we need to beat ourselves up in order to get results. So, you know, that was one of
