fall asleep deeply. Welcome, I'm Lauren, before we start, select a place in which you may meditate.

This can be anywhere which is safe and comfortable. However, as one of the aims of this meditation

is your deep sleep, I suggest you crawl into bed and prepare yourself for sleep and meditation.

When you are ready, we will begin. Sit down or lie down comfortably and we will begin.

Begin by making yourself physically comfortable or as comfortable as you can physically. Move

your body around whether you are seated or lying down. Lengthen your spine, roll your shoulders back,

lengthen your neck.

Allow your arms to be just slightly out from the body if you are lying. If you were seated,

place your palms up upon your upper legs. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,

feel your lungs, hold it from moment and then release the breath.

Invite the attention in your body to release, to melt away.

With the awareness that relaxation is a process, it requires time and that's okay.

Whatever you feel at the moment, whatever thoughts you have, it's okay.
