What is it that has made you happy today?

You could just think about that for a moment.

Your day may not have started quite yet.

And maybe you are happy simply to be doing this for yourself as you meditate.

Or maybe it's in the evening or afternoon and you are experiencing the close of a day

and you're thinking about the things that happened and what may have brought you joy.

This is such an important quality to cultivate because so many times it's easy to overlook

So if you are able to cultivate joy on a daily basis, you will notice that you feel so

much calmer and you also will be able to better manage your anxiety.

Because whatever you train your brain to seek out, that's what you bring to yourself.

So even when you're in a situation that causes you a lot of anxiety, you could think about
