Welcome back. We are on day three of our series. We're following along, finding shelter for your soul,

finding a place where you feel safe. From all that's going on in the outside world,

following along with the book that has to do with the popular Danish ritual called Huga,

and this is a book by Mike Viking. And in this book, you're discovering how to make

yourself feel cozier and more at peace with yourself and with others.

Your challenge this week is to find someone to Huga with, find someone to gather together with,

where you can be fully yourself, letting your guard down uninhibited.

When you get together with your Huga person or Huga's small group of people,

enjoy each other's company, not focus so much on what you're doing as you get together,

but simply enjoy the process of being in each other's company.
