Summary
"The cause of suffering is that the unbounded Self is overshadowed by the world." ~ Patanjali
It's easy to drift through life without full awareness of how much your thoughts and actions influence how you deal with emotional stress. Recognizing attachments puts you on the path to releasing harmful influences so that you begin to reclaim your life. This week, you'll be exploring the fifth and final Yama from Pantanjali's Yoga Sutras. The fifth Yama, Aparigraha, has to do with non-attachment. This is part of a collection of meditation series focused on honoring the way you live your life. You'll focus on releasing negative thoughts and physical possessions that no longer serve you. This is part 3 of a 7-part Non-Attachment meditation series with the 5th Yama Aparigraha, episodes 2124-2130. THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE: You're invited to take part in a Freedom Quest where every day this week you are challenged to do two things: 1) Release thoughts that no longer serve you. 2) Release a physical item that you no longer use or appreciate.
