| 2:12.0 | You'll be so amazed by how well your heart responds to your breath. |
| 2:21.0 | You can calm down all that nervous tension. |
| 2:26.0 | So I invite you now to go ahead and settle yourself down into your favorite meditation position, always making sure you're nice and comfortable. |
| 2:36.0 | And as you sit up straight, close your eyes gently elevating them and begin to tune into how you're feeling today. |
| 2:51.0 | When you meditate, begin to open up to whatever emotions you're currently experiencing. |
| 2:59.0 | You might feel as though you're meditating and so you need to calm down. |
| 3:07.0 | Allow yourself to calm down at your own natural pace. |
| 3:14.0 | It's helpful to name your emotional state. |
