This is the time of year when your attention and time is at an all-time high as we get ready to close out the year and enter into the festive season.

Pay close attention to your breath because your breath is interconnected with your emotional state.

So the way you breathe impacts your emotions.

You might consider meditating somewhere extra special today.

Maybe you could lie to candle as you meditate. Maybe you could meditate facing a beautiful scene outside a window.

Maybe you could meditate near your holiday decorations.

I've been meditating in front of my Christmas tree at night when it's all it up.

And I feel so peaceful seated there and it helps me to tune into the peace and stillness of this season.
