I'm Mary Meckley and welcome back to day three of our series we're exploring on a very important topic, especially these days during these times.

0:21.0

And that is listening to your inner wisdom.

0:27.0

The more uncertainty surrounds us, the more important it is to listen to your deep inner wisdom.

0:38.0

And this is not a bad thing in fact it can be a great improvement in regard to decision making and knowing what's right for you.

0:50.0

Because you know what's best for you, your body knows, the more you give yourself stillness and silence, the more loudly your intuition reveals itself to you.

1:09.0

I invite you to join me as your guided using a breathing technique to help you tap into this deep inner wisdom, your intuition.

1:59.0

Now as you get ready to settle yourself down for all of you journalists out there, you're journaling prompt, which is also what you'll be guided through as you meditate today is to reflect on the clarity you need in order to calm a troubled heart.

2:24.0

So if you feel troubled these days about anything in particular, what kind of clarity can help calm your troubled heart? This is your journaling prompt.

2:39.0

A few of your fellow meditators reached out to me, it seems like over the past few weeks I've received several messages in regard to manifestation.

2:50.0

And I've had a few of you, let me know that you have manifestation boards and you find that this is a powerful way to help you stay focused on what you're striving for in your life.

3:08.0

And you've asked me if I believe in manifestation and I think that it's not so much whether or not you believe in manifestation as if it's some sort of magic, but rather this is your focus and you realizing your goals and dreams and knowing what's right for you and following your intuition.

3:36.0

So I think of manifestation as being your intuition, knowing what you intuitively need and then you naturally attune yourself to what you need most and you usually find that you get what you focus on.

3:57.0

So I thought I would just mention that since I've had lots of people reach out to me about that and I hope that as you listen to your intuition in today's meditation and throughout this series that your inner truth is revealed to you more and more.

4:17.0

Sometimes your truth is revealed, but it can be hard to follow what you know you may need to do and that's okay. Just take your time until you feel that you're at a place and a time when you can better manage your inner truth.

4:39.0

And I know a lot of people who pride themselves on telling it like it is or they're a straight shooter, they just say it like it is and they're honest and that's not necessarily a positive quality.

5:00.0

If you're feeling it's your mission to tell people what you perceive as their truth because sometimes we're not ready to hear the truth and so when you reveal the truth it can actually be unkind and it's better to just pay attention to your own truth.

5:25.0

Let others unfold at their own pace in regard to their own journey and their own path. You can do great harm to people if you throw the truth right at them and they're not ready for it.
