| 1:26.0 | And also, when your spine is nice and straight, you feel more uplifted. |
| 1:34.0 | You're reaching towards your highest aspirations. |
| 1:37.0 | And that is the ideal way to feel as you meditate. |
| 1:41.0 | Another little tweak that I guide you through every time we meditate together |
| 1:46.0 | is to close your eyes and gently elevate your eyes upward. |
| 1:52.0 | This little tweak does the same thing as straightening your spine. |
| 1:57.0 | It helps to keep your thoughts uplifted. |
