The father of a seven-month-old boy missing since August said he killed his son.

Jake Harrow pleading guilty to all charges, including assault causing bodily harm to a child,

resulting in death and filing a false police report.

The 32-year-old previously pleaded not guilty with his wife Rebecca back in September.

She has kept her not guilty plea.

The seven-month-old was reported missing August 14th.

His mom said she was

attacked outside of a store in San Bernardino, California when she was changing his diaper.

Police picked up inconsistencies in her story, and the parents were arrested August 22nd,

with officials saying they believed the baby was severely abused. The Riverside DA says Jake Harrow

should have gone to prison for abusing another child he had with his ex-wife back in 2018, but a judge at the time granted him probation. That child was left bedridden. Officials have not announced whether they've located Emmanuel's remains. Jake Harrow, though, will be sentenced November 3rd.
