I'm Gianna Jalosi with your Fox True Crime Minute. After 40 years and three overturned convictions,

an arrest has been made in a New York murder case,

thanks to a smoothie straw.

63-year-old Richard Bilodeau was arrested more than two decades after a judge overturned the murder

convictions of three other men who served 17 years in prison in the killing of 16-year-old

Teresa Fuscoe in 1984.

Fuscoe was last seen leaving the roller skating rank where she worked in Lindbrook, roughly 30 miles east of Manhattan, on the night of November 10co in 1984. Fusco was last seen leaving the roller skating rink where she worked in

Linbrook, roughly 30 miles east of Manhattan on the night of November 10th, 1984. Her body

was found nearly a month later. She had been raped and strangled and dumped in the woods.

The district attorney says Billadow lived with his grandparents a mile from the rink. Authorities

put him under surveillance last year after new leads and recovered DNA from a cup

and a straw he used at a smoothie cafe. The DNA matched a sample taken from Fusco's body at the time of the

murder. Bilodeau was arraigned Wednesday on two counts of second degree murder. He's pleaded not guilty.
