October 8th marked one whole year of me being alcohol-free. This has been one of the most important decisions in my family's life and I am so grateful to have had this honest and raw conversation about living an alcohol-free life with Cait Madry. Cait is the founder of CLEARHEADED, a guide to sober-care, and is two years sober herself. In this episode, we get real about:

• How we knew it was time to get sober

• The transition to an alcohol-free lifestyle

• The highs and lows you experience on the journey to living alcohol-free

• The importance of recognizing and leaning into support
