Kelly, thanks for joining us today. Oh, thank you so much for having me. It's my pleasure. So how would you get a started by telling us a little bit about yourself and what you do? Yeah, so I'm Kelly Thompson. I'm a women's leadership coach. I'm an author. I'm a speaker. And I'm on a mission to help women advance the rooms where decisions are made. And so I've done that by writing a book.
