I am so stinking excited to talk to you guys again here today. This show is just it's been just such a

breath of fresh air for me and so exciting and I know that the seasons are

changing in Kansas City and spring is on its way and so all of this stuff just

feels fun and like a breath of fresh air so I'm glad you're here. So today I'm

going to be talking with a guest on the show and I'm so excited. I have a

guest named Stacy Haynes who's going to be with us today.

Stacy owns a business called Ancred Soul Designs. She's a signmaker and she's one of the girls that I have in my coaching group every month.

So about four years ago I was working just strictly out in the field in my business.

So I had a group of women who were with me.

Every day we were out painting in people's houses

and I had decided about four years ago

that there has to be a better way.

Like I just, my body was physically getting exhausted from delivering bladders back and forth every day and I was feeling like okay I can't be in any more houses at any given time and so it was making me feel like okay the only way I can

make more money is if I changed the way that I'm doing things and so it was about

four years ago when I decided to take my business online and I just I noticed that there was this huge influx of people asking me okay what are you doing Jennifer? How are you building your Facebook page this thing? How are you releasing these webinars? What are you doing

that you know you're talking to H.G. TV people and you're getting some opportunities and

speaking and so it was at that time that I decided all right I have a little bit of a

responsibility to actually talk to other creative people who may be where I was a few

years ago who are wanting to make more money who are maybe

struggling with some of the business side of things and women that I could

maybe come alongside and just give them some instruction and some help and try to kind of show them how to do some things and maybe they could do it a little quicker than what it actually took me to do.
