| 1:10.6 | work on two things one is the actual structure of how work gets done, |
| 1:16.0 | and the other, of course, is the behavior of people, |
| 1:19.0 | because in an agile workforce you have less rules so you have to really be working much |
| 1:24.7 | more with a positive intent if you will particularly if you're in a large organization. |
| 1:32.0 | When you think about small startup companies, by definition they're |
| 1:36.7 | agile. People are getting things done when they need to get done. But as soon as companies |
| 1:41.3 | get larger, you lose that agility. |
| 1:44.0 | In today's world, that kind of agility is needed. |
| 1:47.0 | So even the largest of companies need that multiple work models |
