Part of what I want to talk today about is intimacy and physical intimacy in particular.

Different people have different needs when it comes to that.

If we try to project like an objective measure of how much physical intimacy

is enough. And by the way, physical intimacy is hugs, it's kisses. We're not only talking sex,

right, but it's like touch and why it's important and all that other stuff. So if I try to, imagine that

I try to put an objective metric on that. What would it be? Like how many hugs,

kisses, times to have sex, like cuddle time would be the 10. That would be impossible to even

try to put down. So this has to be subjective. And we have to get to the point where we understand that it's subjective. Everything we do in life is subjective. So much so that what you'll end up finding is you'll hit a seven or an eight in an area. Keep doing work on self. Keep improving. Keep moving up. And then one day I'll go, I'm at an eight still. But my eight now is way different than my eight was six months ago, right?

It feels like many, many things got elevated. And I think that's okay. I grew up in a very,
