| 0:00.0 | I've always felt like in a relationship, I'm the messed up one, or I'm bringing the issues, |
| 0:04.7 | or I have all this trauma, or I'm damaged goods. And I had this moment where I realized that so is |
| 0:11.1 | he, because we all have issues. Happy Monday, everyone. It's Sophie. And Adi. We're always looking |
| 0:19.7 | for new ways to support you and we know firsthand how |
| 0:22.6 | life can get in the way. So we've created five minute episodes with motivation from us and our great |
| 0:28.1 | friends to keep you feeling ignited and inspired no matter what life throws at you. Welcome to the |
| 0:33.7 | Ignited Motivation podcast, mini episodes every Monday. |
| 0:38.0 | Listen while you brush your teeth. |

| 1:34.7 | clashes and that creates problems and confrontation. And I'll just share a bit about |
| 1:41.3 | my story with that is I've always really struggled with having a voice and that's |
| 1:47.4 | kind of manifested in a lot of ways. I think, you know, being a woman, especially in the |
| 1:52.5 | society we live in, we're taught to just like sit pretty and not complain and just be easy |
| 1:58.5 | and not ruffle feathers and also being a ballet dancer that really reinforced that kind of like be seen and not heard mentality. |
