And I've talked to him many times over the past couple of years here.

And he's a fantastic entrepreneur who started in newsletter a long time ago.

It was on a program called Substack, which is a fantastic way of building your own community.

And it was about buying websites.

And he grew that pretty rapidly to the point where I got the attention of Flippa.

You know, I started talking to him on the podcast.

And now what's happened is he has jumped on to the Flippa team.

And he is building out a community to focus on alternative assets.

And this is called Alt-Spy Flippa.

And it is taking a full-blown community approach with Discord, with a newsletter.

And it's all focusing around online businesses to crypto and NFTs.

Now, I kind of poke and prod a little bit to get it out of Richard about NFTs.

But there is some exciting movement to taking place on Flippa with NFTs.

And if you guys know me, know my background, know about my businesses, you'll know that I'm fully bullish on the technology that is non-fungible tokens.
