We have a very special episode.

We have two awesome women on today.

First is Tiara from the pastry box.

You will get sick of me fawning all over Tiara.

She's incredible and very delicious and makes very delicious things.

And then we have Sarah Tans, who's joining us to talk about rework and talk about the complexities of having a baby, going back to work, taking care of your family, taking care of yourself, trying to figure it all out.

Sarah is a true expert at this, and I can't wait for you to hear from both.

Work, work, work, work, work, now we're. Okay, hi, Tiara. Hi. I'm so happy. I'm so fun.

So, Tiara. All right, we have so much to talk about. But first I'm

going to let you introduce yourself. I am Chef Tiara and I founded and created the pastry

box bakery located in the East Village of Manhattan. No, wait, there's more than that. Tiara just

showed up at our all hands, which I forgot I invited Tiara actually.

So then Tiara was there and I got really excited.

And we were having Tiara talk to the company because I think your story's just, I think you're really inspiring.

But then Tiara rattles off all the places she worked and they called herself

Chef T.R. And I was like, shit, I haven't been treating this woman with enough respect. So tell people

where you worked. I don't talk about my resume very often. I like to just let my food fee

spores. Your food does get for itself. But I have worked. My first job was with Tau Group, and that was at one of their moxies.
