So I've been a career mom for quite a while,

and I've sort of climbed my head.

Climbed ahead in the traditional career sense. I've put my head against the glass ceiling more times than I can remember, suffered an awful lot of bias in terms of unconscious and conscious for being a woman, particularly a mum, when it came to my career, I found that when I went back to work

after having my son, that things were very different.

There was a very different tone around,

are you committed are you really making the effort and I found that was constantly proving

myself and eventually I did get my dream job which is is ahead of data for a global organization and at that you think I felt like I've made it like finally proven myself but then you just keep proving yourself you'll keep feeling like you have to do that.

And one of the things that kept bugging me was that I was putting in so much effort into work and I think I was

reading something the other day that was sort of talking about the elements of your life that you have focused on and work might be this this bubble here and then you've got yourself and then you've got your relationships.
