Yeah, so Kevin, you lead what we call the branch manager academy here in the mortgage marketing animals.

Some people call it the loan officer leadership group.

And you deal primarily with branch managers or loan officers that are wanting to be branch managers.

I know you consult with multiple company owners and also with the mortgage brokers that are looking to build their business

because I think sometimes, you know, mortgage brokers are misconstrued that they're actually

business owners, really. And it's a different set of needsrued that they're actually business owners, really.

And it's a different set of needs and training that they need regular, regular, you know,

then, you know, the loan officer that works for the regular mortgage company.

But anyway, today's topic is on getting builder business, getting builder business. You know, so first of all, good to see

my brother. Good to see you. And it's always good to hang out with my friend. So I think the first

question that comes in is, gee, I've got a person.

They've been pre-approved.

They're outlooking.
