Welcome to the podcast that teaches you. There's no shame in a game.

If your family will never know about the snacks that don't survive the journey home from the supermarket, I don't understand that sentence.

0:17.0

Then you are one of us. I am Joe. Hello and with me is Victoria. Hi. I'm

0:25.0

producer Paul. Hi. You never go the supermarket, do you? So, this is not really for you.

0:32.5

Victoria, do you snack on the way home? No, because I'm still an angel. Oh, yeah, me too.

Hmm, interesting. I do miss, I do miss the, like when I used to be in denial about it and I used to go to Liddle, I used to have a cheese twist, one for the road. I remember. I do miss those days. They were beautiful days. I miss them fondly. But unfortunately, because I now have to think about the calories in everything,

0:58.3

because it is my life, can't do it to myself.

1:48.4

mood like not only for the day, but literally for the week until I would next step on the

1:52.3

scales. So I think if I had a bad week, if I had a bad way, essentially I would have a bad

1:57.5

week really. It just used to like control me that much. However now,

2:02.8

because I try to see the bigger picture and although I do weigh weekly for my diet groups,

2:09.5

I try to look at it over a month. It sort of, it doesn't really bother me anymore. I think

2:15.9

if I see a number that I'm a little bit like,

2:19.1

I feel like that should be a bit less. It just makes me knuckle down a bit more and just makes me

2:23.3

think, right, well, maybe I'll just drop my calories a little bit or I'll go for an extra walk

2:28.0

today. I'll have an extra session at the gym. Like instead of beating myself up about it,
