My entitled brother wants his cut of the inheritance all before my mom passes away, claiming that

he deserves it right here and now, and that if he doesn't get it, then he wishes his mom was

dead so that he could get it immediately. Here's what happened. Okay, so my grandfather died recently,

leaving his three kids, namely my mom, my aunt, and my uncle, a huge stack of unorganized

inheritances. And to give you an idea of how annoyingly tedious and stressful the whole thing was to deal with,

a few of my aunts and uncles are already writing up their own wills,

so their children, namely my cousins, don't have to fight over anything like how the three of them already are.

He was loaded, but with how scattered around his assets were, it was taking a while to get

everything in order. So what ended up happening is they're basically starting with whatever

homes they can start with. My mother didn't get much at first, but two of my older brothers

convinced her siblings to give her at least $700,000 in cash and two of his old rundown houses,

the one we're currently living in and another one nearby, since there was more to be processed anyways, and my mom was losing money faster than she could make. My older brother, who we will call Archie for the sake of the story, is an unemployed, overconfident, narcissistic piece of garbage that nobody likes. He has a kid and his wife is pregnant. The second is his twin, who we will call Ronnie, and he grew up to

be a more responsible version of Archie. He recently got married and works a really well-paying job

as a professor like our grandfather. Now, I have another brother, but he isn't as important to this

story as he's currently at college abroad. Archie was my grandfather's favorite grandson because

he was the smartest growing up. But Archie himself only ever

spent time with him as a way to get cashed for whatever he does all day. When he realized he didn't

leave a will, he scrambled to get his hands on anything he could, thus playing lawyer with my mom's

siblings and getting her two properties and money. Now this is where it gets blurry on my end,

since I was never allowed to be a part of

family meetings, but from what I know, from context clues, Archie somehow convinced my mom to give him one of the houses, namely the one we weren't living in, since apparently, according to him, he was like his grandpa's son, so he deserves something. My mom's siblings were calling BS, and my aunt, who is a lawyer, didn't want him to get anything or involve him in the meetings at all.

But he kept wheezzling his way in.
