Your Boy Depot, hiding out for a few days before the amazing Western States 100 this weekend.

We're now a couple days removed from the Broken Arrow Sky Race, also here in the Tahoe area,

doing media stuff, live streaming, doing group runs, hosting panels during this exceptional event.

Seriously, if you've never been to Broken Arrow, you must put it on your calendar, top to bottom,

first class race. I was really happy to be part of it now for the

second year in a row. This episode is the elite men's panel from Broken Arrow. We recorded this

on Saturday in the heart of the village in front of a crowd, which was really fun. My guests were

Max King, David Kilgore, Logan Williams, and Stephen Kirsch for awesome

athletes and cool dudes who were competing over the weekend. I had a great time doing this and thought

the guys had a lot of great things to say. So I figured we would share it here in the pod feed.
