So how's your mindset right now? I've gotten a lot of tax and emails and calls for people saying,

I can't believe this year it's starting out even worse than last year. And I say, from what point of view, from what perspective, on your goals, on your dreams, on your ambition, is your

family okay? And they say no aren't you seeing what's happening in the world

of politics and my response is of course I've seen it every

rational human being is watching the insanity that's taking place but is that your

goals is that your clients is that your your sphere is it your community? I say right now we need to focus on where we can move the needle and where we can make a difference.

I believe that right now we need to keep moving forward powerfully helping

buyers helping sellers helping customers navigate these challenging times and

you know what if I learned anything about you and I me over the last 300 plus days of the quarantine in the US

is we are unstoppable.

We can absorb these challenges, we can take these punches and we can use them as a strength and a

courage to move forward and help more customers. It's that servant mentality

that service approach that has helped so many of us have unbelievable 20s.

So you know what? Bring on the suck.

Bring on the heart. Bring on the challenge.
