0:43.5	After a stint in Portland, Oregon.
0:48.8	And I started in coffee.
0:52.2	Two things happened that got me into coffee.
0:56.6	The first was I had some corporate corporate monkey jobs and I was working for this restaurant company and they wanted to
1:06.4	roll out a coffee program system-wide so my part of my job was to write training materials and then to train people on what they
1:17.6	needed to do to make new product rollouts happen.
1:21.7	And one of the things we worked on was a coffee program, and it was so dark, like compared to what I know now at the time.
