Hey, before we get this show started, let me quickly tell you about a program that we just launched called Outside the Box. When we first started Brute, we simply serve people that wanted to train for and compete

at the Cross Fit Regional's and games. Pretty quickly, we transitioned to also working with people that

wanted to compete in the open, people that just

wanted to look better naked, people that wanted to compete in weightlifting, as well as a host

of other goals. About a year and a half we started hearing more and more from members and

former members that their priorities were shifting, that their goals were shifting.

They wanted to focus more on their relationships, on their careers, on new hobbies, and they didn't have the same desire,

they didn't have the time or the means to train for an hour or two or three or four, like they did when they first signed up with us.

So we created this program with them in mind. Outside the box is a 30 minute a day program for five days a week and it requires minimal equipment.

There are three different tiers.

The first tier requires only a set of dumbbells and each higher level requires more and more equipment.
