In the past, six-time CrossFit Games athlete Cole Sager wasn’t someone widely known for his performance during the CrossFit Open, but this year he’s making waves, finishing 6th worldwide at the 2019 CrossFit Open.
Cole joins the Brute Strength Podcast this week to discuss what changed in his approach to this year’s Games.

0:32.0 | Hey, before we get this show started, let me quickly tell you about a program that we just launched called Outside the Box. When we first started Brute, we simply serve people that wanted to train for and compete at the Cross Fit Regionals and games. |

1:19.6 | Outside the box is a 30 minute a day program for five days a week and it requires minimal equipment. |
