You're here with Patty and Jude and our special guest, Jenna Aiken-Smith, who is a spiritual

mentor and is joining us today to talk about this wonderful modality.

Most of us are aware of the immediate benefits we can get from deep breathing.

It can slow our heart rate.

It can activate our parasympathetic nervous system and lower our blood pressure, all while leading to a feeling of inner calm.

But in addition to relieving stress and balancing our emotions, it can also help us reach a deeper state of

consciousness and open us up spiritually. Now, Jenna leads her clients beyond the basic

intentional breath practices and into an experience of spiritual attunement. And I personally have experienced this

and have experienced things that I have never experienced with any other modality before. So we are

super excited to delve deeply into this healing and releasing and spiritually expanding modality
