We've actually talked a lot about empathy and the collective consciousness throughout every

episode for the last two and a half years, but we felt like it deserved its own episode.

So Patty and I are going to be diving a little bit deeper into it, what empathy is, what are symptoms of empathy, what we can do if we are empaths,

how to cope with it, how to manage it. And we also want to talk about the collective

consciousness because empathy and the collective consciousness go hand in hand. So with that,

All right, let's start off with collective consciousness.

What is it?

If you get your phone out and you Google collective consciousness, chances are the first thing

that's going to come up is collective consciousness theory. And this is a set of beliefs by Carl Young, and it is all informational based. It's the

belief that there is a collective consciousness of a shared set of beliefs, morals, values, and

norms. However, today Jude and I are talking about the energetic collective consciousness

and how all of this translates energetically. So energetically, the collective consciousness

includes emotions and physical sensations. So we can think of the collective consciousness

as this kind of overlying collective frequency of all of our
