| 1:53.4 | As you sit down with a straight spine and close your eyes, gently elevate your eyes upward. |
| 2:04.4 | Notice the subtle shift in your thoughts upward. |
| 2:12.4 | Tune into your breath. |
| 2:17.4 | Take a nice deep inhale through your nose. |
| 2:21.4 | This could be a cleansing breath. |
| 2:25.4 | Drawing in new energy, new opportunities. |
| 2:31.4 | As you exhale, release your breath, letting go of tension. |
