So this is a sleep formula series where with this formula each day of the week you focus on a way to

manage your emotions and this is really in my experience in working with others.

One of the biggest reasons why you might not be sleeping well at night

doesn't necessarily have to do because you have bad habits or bad rituals

for your nighttime routine, but rather because you're having trouble managing your emotions during the day.
