So this is a statement that's going to help you focus on a certain quality as you go to sleep at night. So it's a sleep affirmation.

And normally when I share an affirmation, it's a shorter affirmation so that you can remember

Well, the best affirmations are short and concise, very to the point. This affirmation is a little longer, but it encompasses
