So, sunlight and sleep. Light, according to the National Sleep Foundation, is a powerful guide for your body and through the connections

Light rays influence chemistry and behavior

And when you think about it,

we humans evolved spending a lot of time outside and throughout history humans have been exposed to light with the rising sun and when the sun went down people would go to

Well now, where we can make it as bright in our house at night

as it is during the day. Our body can get confused and this can interrupt your sleep.

So when it starts to get dark outside, when it starts to become evening, keep your lights

low in your house, light candles, and try not to use bright lights or television or the computer
