How are you doing today? I hope you're doing well and I wonder how your sleep journal is coming along.

Are you riding down the things that come to your mind immediately upon waking up. Whether these are random events, like you

might remember throwing a red frisbee, but that's it it you just don't remember anything else write that down or you

might remember what seems like an entire novel and you could even remember dreams you think that you've had

before in some cases dreams you feel you've had again and again.

This can help you sleep by keeping a dream journal. A little insight about your dreams. It is

considered there are actually many theories on dreams and what they mean

and representing your life. One theory states that dreams don't mean anything.

It's thought that they are electrical brain impulses that pull your random thoughts from your memories.

And Freud studied dreams and felt that this was the path through your dreams to the unconscious mind.
