We're exploring this week. This week the theme is very special.

It's all about managing, compulsive, anxiety, and negative thoughts that lead to these fears.

These are often deep-seated fears and so throughout this week's series you have been

experimenting with and trying different meditation techniques to help you manage

anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder, OCD. This is the compulsion to do some repetitive

act or thought when you're experiencing anxiety. You may not suffer from OCD,

but many people do and many more people as they experience trauma and excessive stress

find that these are self-soothing types of rituals that you do that actually trigger your brain

in a particular way so that you almost can't stop yourself from doing this compulsive behavior.
