third week of this brand new year as I record this and in this third week this is the time where statistically

it's shown that many people give up already even after just two weeks on their New Year's

resolutions and goals. So much so that many people are not even creating resolutions.

They've given up completely on that idea

because they didn't see results.

Now, there is a way to create resolutions and actually achieve them and there's a way to create resolutions
