Summary

Rory Bradshaw is a yoga teacher aiming to bring transformation and well-being to every prison in the UK. With his sensitive approach, Rory is able to teach men with a variety of needs, abilities and personalities and provide yoga classes that are accessible to all. Whilst many of the men first try yoga in the hope of having more time out of their cells or because they want to heal a physical pain they are experiencing, they end up discovering the potential of yoga to transform their mental, emotional, physical and spiritual experience. In this episode, Rory discusses with Alice how he is working with men in prisons to break the stigma within yoga and how he has broken down the barrier to entry to make it all-inclusive.
