years that actually met at the mortgage revolution i don't know if you remember that yeah

long time ago and uh so Ginger is in Portland, Oregon.

And she owns a company called Edu Marketing that focuses in for loan officers. We'll talk about

that more here in a little bit. What we're going to talk about today is Ginger not too long ago,

here recently, started up this really cool, a group of loan officers

that meet every Friday as a free group, really cool thing to do, talking about video marketing

for loan officers. And you were kind enough to have myself and I know Scott Scheng participating in with

that and man I was listening to some of the great content I thought man if I can give her an ethical
